Here at The Saber Armory, we try to be as transparent as possible with regard to shipping and delivery time frames.

The majority of orders received are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Custom orders, kits and limited product runs may take longer and are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. The description will usually state clearly if there is an alternative time frame.

For non-tracked items, it is extremely rare for orders to be lost in transit, and the success rate is very high. However, despite the relatively short delivery aims, it can take up to 28 business days for the order to arrive. Please understand that once packages are handed over to the postal service, we, as an online retailer, no longer have control over them or the ability to provide detailed updates on their progress.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you only contact us regarding shipping delays for untracked mail services after this time has elapsed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further assistance until the 28 business days have passed. Only after this period can we submit an investigation request to the mailing provider via their online form.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or any other fees required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these charges in advance and cannot provide an estimate, as they vary by country and region.

As an international customer, please ensure you research any potential customs-related charges in advance to avoid unexpected fees when clearing your package. If you are unfamiliar with customs duties and import fees, we recommend contacting your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to understand and verify the customs regulations, applicable charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Please also note that for UK untracked items, in the event of loss, customers are only eligible to claim the value of the postage paid. The value of the goods is not covered. The Saber Armory is not responsible for any loss incurred through Royal Mail. If you would like added protection for your package, please select a tracked shipping method such as First Class Signed For or DHL Express. By purchasing through our store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

In addition, certain orders—particularly those with higher values, longer dimensions, or containing batteries—will be shipped via DHL Express for both domestic and international destinations. This will typically be specified and explained in the item description.

DHL Express delivery times are usually 1–3 business days for Europe and North America, and 3–5 business days for Asia, South America, and Australasia. Please note that these transit times may be affected by customs processing and unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, scheduled service disruptions, or recipient absence.

DHL is not liable for any delays caused by such circumstances. DHL has no liability or responsibility for loss if the recipient requests to have their shipment delivered without obtaining a signature. This is not recommended as it is not possible to claim for any loss or damage in the event a shipment is marked as 'Delivered' after being released without signature. The Saber Armory is not liable for any such case. 

Please note that The Saber Armory cannot be responsible for any loss, damage or delay during transit. We ensure that all items are properly packed and protected before being handed over. However, we will always do our utmost to assist the buyer if items are delayed, damaged or lost.

It is critically important that for any packages requiring a signature, the package is assessed before signing and accepting delivery. If the package has any significant damage during transit, or appears to contain damaged goods, the recipient should refuse delivery and further action can be taken. It makes it much more difficult to claim if the package is accepted damaged.

Every order also has proof of postage.
