Returning an unwanted item?

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you were looking for. If you wish to return an unwanted item, it must be in its original, unused condition and returned complete with all original packaging and accessories. All returns are subject to the conditions outlined below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 28 days of delivery and it meets the above requirements, we will refund the purchase price of the item via the original payment method, less any original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs for unwanted items, change-of-mind purchases, incorrectly ordered items, or items that are no longer required. We do not provide prepaid return labels in these circumstances.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until they have been safely received by us.

Prepaid return labels and return shipping reimbursement will only be provided where an item has been confirmed as faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or where a return is required due to an error on our part.

We aim to process refunds within 1-3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If you request a return within the above timeframe but are unable to return the item immediately, please contact us as soon as possible. Any exception to the above policy will be considered at our discretion.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We don’t want anything getting lost!

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity e.g., we suspect someone is taking parts and claiming they were in fact missing on multiple occasions - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.

Want to exchange an item?

Sure! We allow exchanges for orders delivered within 14 calendar days. Please contact us if you would like to exchange an item. Items exchanged will also incur a 10% restocking fee. Some items cannot be exchanged such as made-to-order items, gift vouchers, GOTH-3Designs printed chassis and custom requests/additional services for items. 

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

If you've received an item which isn't quite right or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve it.

GOTH3Designs Chassis Purchases

For ECO, ECO-CC, ECO-Max and Master Chassis (printed items), please note, it is not possible to cancel or exchange the purchase if the chassis has already been printed. We produce all chassis items to order and therefore cancellations or exchanges are not possible. 

The PIY files and associated 3D models are for personal and nominative use only. These PIY files are non-refundable or exchangeable after purchase. 

Commercial use is prohibited. The files and models may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration.

The PIY Files, 3D models and resulting 3D printed chassis may not be resold or shared by any means with a third party.

These files are to be use on your own 3D printer only.
